Refund Policy

At ealina, we strive to provide high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. Please review our refund and return policy below before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

The item arrives damaged or defective.
The wrong item was delivered.
The product has a significant manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Photos of the product
A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Color differences caused by monitor settings
Minor thread trimming or packaging damage
Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers

Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies for a replacement, we will arrange a replacement shipment when appropriate.

Order Cancellation

Orders begin processing shortly after purchase.

Because of this, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

返品・交換について

以下の場合に限り、返品・交換を承ります。

商品に初期不良がある場合
ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合
配送中の破損が確認できる場合

返品・交換をお受けできない場合

以下の場合は返品・交換の対象外となります。

お客様都合（イメージ違い・注文間違い等）
サイズ選択ミス
モニター環境による色味の違い
糸のほつれなど軽微な個体差
配送会社・税関による配送遅延

ご購入前にサイズ表を必ずご確認ください。

返金について

返品内容を確認後、返金対象と判断した場合は、ご利用のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。

返金反映まで5〜10営業日程度かかる場合があります。

キャンセルについて

ご注文後すぐに発送準備へ入るため、ご注文後のキャンセルは原則お受けできません。
